Star Wars – A New Hope 1977

Large carnivorous reptiles native to the deserts of Tatooine, Krayt Dragon are an important part of cultural history for the people of Tatooine. The Sandpeople revered the Krayt dragon as a hunter of great power, and as such their primary maturity ritual is heavily based on it.

In a ritual mirrored by many cultures across different worlds, young males were abandoned in the desolate dunes on Tatooine and would not be accepted back into their tribes until they had slain a fierce Krayt dragon.
The Sandpeople and Jawas believed that the bones of Krayt Dragons possessed great magical power.

Production Used Krayt Dragon Segment in our Movie Reliquary Large Display with COA to rear. The section of Krayt is similar to what is found in our mini displays but with a substantially larger artwork frame so it makes an impressive desk or wall display.

Display measures 250mm x 150mm and comes in shipped in a black cotton bag.

Please be aware: All of our displays are lovingly handmade in our workshops, and this level of care takes time, so although we endeavour to get them sent out to you as soon as possible, during busy periods, lead times may extend up to 7 days for our team to produce your display then post it out, so please be patient they are well worth the wait!
