Doctor Who – Section of Screen Used Sofa from The Robots of Death.

The sofa set has been recently recreated using various sections of the original screen used sofa, but a large percentage could not be utilised. We obtained what was left including off- cuts, we have used the off-cuts to make our displays, so no prop was harmed in the process.

A photo is included of Reliquary owner and Doctor Who prop specialist Matthew Doe with Craig the upholsterer who did the work on the sofas for a recent Television program, with a photo of what’s left of the left sofa. The sections of sofa come from the other sofa that got skipped, not the sofa shown above.

The piece you receive will vary in size and appearance, but we endeavour to provide a good-sized piece in every display.

This great mini display makes a gorgeous gift for any Doctor Who fan, is made from 3 layers of laser-cut acrylic with plated stainless steel fixings.

The display itself measures 70mm by 42mm by 12mm thick, and comes shipped in a padded presentation gift box with a signed certificate of authenticity printed onto the back of the display itself.

Note: Several variants of the Mini-Displays are available, size and gift-box images are shown for reference only, you will receive the sofa piece display specifically in the gift box as shown but the size and shade of colour may differ slightly.

Please be aware: All of our displays are lovingly handmade in our workshops, and this level of care takes time, so although we endeavour to get them sent out to you as soon as possible, during busy periods, lead times may extend up to 7 days for our team to produce your display then post it out, so please be patient they are well worth the wait!
